  • 1 Protein Tortilla

  • Banana Peppers

  • 1 Serving Ground Turkey Sausage

  • Everything Seasoning (1 Teaspoon or more)

  • 2 tbsp Guacamole Salsa (Mild-Hot)

  • 1 cup Egg Whites

Spicy Protein Wraps

Cook ground turkey sausage on stove and measure out 1 serving (you can also use turkey links or turkey patties for convenience).
Cook 1 cup of egg whites with everything seasoning on the stove or in the microwave.
Heat up 1 tortilla on the stove or in the microwave.
Load up all ingredients in tortilla and eat as burrito or eat open face.
You can also add other veggies if you’d like.
