  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs (with the fat cut off)

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (you can use less if you don’t want it to be spicy)

  • 1 tbsp Coriander

  • 1 tbsp Cumin

Roasted chicken thighs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a gallon size bag, put all the ingredients in - Shake and separate spices over chicken thighs evenly.
Spray roasting dish with zero calories olive oil spray and add chicken.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool for before serving.

*Add veggies for perfectly balanced dinner.
