  • 1 1/4 c Oatmeal

  • 1 1/4 c Protein Powder

  • 1/4 c Zero Calorie Spray Butter (Mrs. Dash)

  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 c Canned Pumpkin Puree

  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar Free Coffee Syrup

  • 1 1/4 c Water

    Optional Add Ins

  • 1/4 c Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 c Crushed Nuts (Pecans or Walnuts)

  • 1/2 c Berries

protein muffins

Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour and divide into muffin pan.
Bake for 20 to 23 minutes.
Cool in pan for 20 to 30 minutes.

Optional Toppings
1 tbsp All Natural Nut Butter
Turkey Sausage

Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze.
