  • Skirt Steak

  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash

  • Zero Calorie Spray Butter or Oil Spray

Preheat broiler to low or medium, place oven rack 4 to 7 inches from top depending how cooked you want your steak.
Spray broiler pan or baking pan with Pam.
Cut steak into 2 inch strips and pat dry.
Lightly spray strips with butter and season (using half of the seasoning), flip, spray and season.
Cook 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
