  • Melt Vinyasa takes a fitness-based approach to Yoga by emphasizing the synchronized movement of the breath with a sequence of poses. The creative expression of each flow cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. In combination with the heat, incredible playlists and the energy of the class, Melt Vinyasa is an experience that fosters a deeper connection between breath, mind and body.

LIFT

  • Melt Lift is a full-body strength training class. This high-energy class is designed to build strength and lean muscle mass, while increasing your endurance and boosting your metabolism. Although this class will use dumbbells a majority of the time, we may incorporate plyo boxes, bosu balls and kettlebells to spice things up. Whether you’ve never picked up a set of dumbbells before, or you’re a pro with the weights, Melt Lift is crafted just for you and your body.

CYCLE

  • Melt Cycle is a low-impact, high-intensity workout done on a bike. Or as we like to call it, a dance party on a bike! The lights are dim, the music is powerful and the energy is sure to leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Riding to the beat of the music, with more time out of the saddle than in, every push, climb and sprint will challenge you to build strength and endurance. With plenty of modifications available, all fitness levels with find Melt Cycle to be both rewarding and challenging.

MAT PILATES

  • Melt Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout designed to strengthen your core along with everything above and below. The slow, controlled movements in Mat Pilates benefit your core strength, stability, posture, breath control and flexibility. You will leverage your body weight (yes, you’ll still feel the burn), or we may incorporate bands, Pilates rings, Pilates balls and light weights to help you level up your challenge level.

  • Slow down your Yoga practice! Take a little more time for yourself and your journey, while allowing strength and fire to build within. This class focuses on alignment and getting deeper into each posture, improving strength and flexibility over time.

  • In Buti Yoga, you'll move through traditional yoga postures along with primal movement, cardio spikes, and plyometrics. The movement in Buti Yoga, including the spiral technique, shaking and vibrations, help members integrate their emotional, physical, and energetic experience. This musically driven class will get you out of your head so you can release blocked energy and unleash your potential!
