  • Melt Mat Pilates is a low-impact, core-focused workout designed to strengthen, stabilize, and support your entire body—from head to toe. Using just your body weight (yes, you’ll still feel the burn) or small props like resistance bands, Pilates rings, balls, foam rollers, and light weights, each class offers options to meet you where you are and help you level up your practice.
