You must be 16 years old if you are with a parent and 18 years old without a parent present. Anyone under the age of 16 years old is not permitted to take class.

Yes! You will need a mat for every class except Melt Cycle Garage.

You must cancel your scheduled class within 12 hours of class time. If you fail to cancel before 12 hours or you no show, a class will be deducted from your class package or you will be charged a $10 Late Cancellation Fee if you have Monthly Unlimited/1 Month Unlimited.

The class is in the Garage if the class title says Garage at the end (i.e., Melt Cycle Garage, Melt Lift Garage, Melt Combo: Cycle/Lift Garage). The class is in the studio if it does not say Garage at the end (i.e., Melt Lift, Melt Vinyasa).

Yes! We have mats, mat towels and hand towels available to rent.

Melt Cycle and Melt Cycle/Lift Combo require shoes. Shoes are optional for Melt Lift. Every other Melt class is done barefoot.

No, most people wear tennis shoes. You are more than welcome to wear cycle shoes if you have a pair. Our bikes require SPD clips.

Yes! We have two showers in the Women’s and one shower in the Men’s. Our showers are open for 15 minutes after class ends.

Yes! If you are signed up to receive emails from Melt, you will receive an email if you made it off the waitlist.

All of our class packages expire after 1 year. We do not offer any extensions on expiration dates.

We leave the doors unlocked for two minutes after the start of class. After that, we will not allow late arrivals as it is a distraction to our group fitness classes.

We do not but all of our classes welcome beginners! You are more than welcome to take the class at your own pace and take breaks if needed.

Melt Social is a space created for you! You can hangout in the Social Room before and after classes. We offer free coffee, frozen towels with your choice of essential oils and a selfie wall!

You should bring water, a towel and shoes if required. We offer a complimentary mat for your first visit if you do not bring your own (ClassPass members excluded). We also ask you arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can get you set up and acclimated to the heat.
