What classes do you teach at Melt?
Cycle, Lift, Cycle/Lift Combo, Buti Yoga, HIIT and Vinyasa. Don’t ask me which Melt class is my favorite, it’s like identifying a favorite child. The class I’m currently teaching is always the favorite!
Why do you love teaching at Melt?
Melt embraces a fitness journey that is both fun and challenging. Melt classes are never designed to be easy, but they are always fun. The music, variety of workouts, and supportive community all make it a place I look forward to being every time I show up.
How would you describe your class at Melt?
Challenging and fun! Regardless of the class format, everyone is encouraged to take an option given in class to leave feeling like they’ve given it their all and feel empowered to come back to keep getting stronger each class. I hope my classes are so much fun that everyone forgets they’re working out!.
How would you describe your vibe?
This is a loaded question! I bring an energetic and enthusiastic vibe to my classes that I hope makes it the best night-mere of a workout you’ve ever experienced!
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about leading others to becoming the best version of themselves possible. We are all on a journey and our physical appearance should never be the measure of health or fitness. Rather, committing to healthy habits should help us feel like the best version of ourselves, both mentally and physically. The power of a class full of people who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves is unstoppable. I’m passionate about leading that unstoppable tribe!
What is one thing no one knows about you?
I’m colorblind!
