SIGN UP IN ADVANCE.
Please sign up for class online before arriving at Melt. By doing this, you will create an online account with a signed waiver AND your spot will be secured in class.
Arrive 15 minutes early.
We totally want to set you up for success. To do this, we need you here 15 minutes early so we can go over our guidelines, show you around, get you set up, answer any questions you may have AND most importantly, get your body acclimated to the heat!
Bring a mat, towel and water.
For your first visit, please bring your own mat, towel and water. For the best experience, we suggest a sweat towel for every class and a mat towel for Melt Vinyasa and Melt Slow Flow. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we’ll hook you up with a rental for your first visit (excludes ClassPass members).
You will need a mat for all of our classes except Melt Cycle Garage.
Plan to unplug.
Give your mind a break and use the class time to unplug. We request you leave your phone in a cubby or locker (please bring a lock if you’d like to use a locker). If you must have your phone with you, please silence all notifications and ensure it will not light up during class. We also request you do not go on your phone while class is in session. If you need to answer a call or text, please step out of the room to respect the instructor and other members.
Listen to your body.
Try NOT to leave the heat (the back and forth is harder on your body and disruptive to others) but DO go easy on yourself. Listen to your body, go at your own speed and modify as needed. You also should plan to stay hydrated throughout the entirety of the class (AND BEFORE)!
